2026 CHORISTER REGISTRATIONS OPEN JULY

Chorister registrations for our 2026 performances of Handel’s “Messiah” in the Sydney Town Hall on 12th and 13th December at 3.00pm will open in July 2026.

If you would like to be part of this non-auditioning choir in 2026 we encourage you! Both trained singers and enthusiastic amateurs are welcome.

Rehearsals begin Monday 19th October, 2026 at 7.00pm at St Stephen’s Uniting Church, 197 Macquarie Street, Sydney and continue each week until the performances. Finishing time is 8.45pm sharp.

Performances will be at the Sydney Town Hall at 3.00pm on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th December, 2026.

2026 chorister registrations will open on 1st July, and you can register online.

Handel’s Messiah Sydney rehearses and performs on the land of the Gadigal of the Eora nation. We acknowledge First Nations people as the original story tellers and music makers of this ancient land, and celebrate their deep connection to this country.
